The Centre for e-Learning (CeL) is a sub-unit of the Office of Teacher Education (TE) in the National Institute of Education (NIE), Singapore.
CeL's mission is to support, initiate and sustain e-learning. We seek to enhance the quality of online teaching and learning via the provision of resources, pedagogical consultancy and training.
